Load up and locate FRK Salvager Teuta (DJI-349) in Silent Witness XII. It is not acting and does not respond to orders. Its info panel shows it is "waiting for drones", but zero drones of any kind show as active. If you teleport to the ship, no drones are visible.
This is not an unresolvable condition but it seems to occur frequently. I will notice there are no scrap cubes in the area, look for my salvager to see what the issue is, and find it motionless and unresponsive. The captain won't even let me take over, but does begin working again if I select "remove all orders". I just obviously don't want to keep doing that manually. Something seems broken here that causes it not to progress past this order normally.

An addition:
After removing all orders the ship actually loses a bunch of its drones, including repair drones, which I don't believe it has *ever* used. It went from 30 construction and 10 repair to 11 Construction and 3 repair.
