Xenon not working correctly
I started a new game and I have been having an issue with the Xenon as they don't seem to be growing.
They are also getting wiped out.
Also, the Xenon stations won't defend themselves. Other than sending drones to attack. No turrets and no ship building. Despite the fact that I have one system that has two wharfs and ship yards.
Also, I have noticed that builders for the Xenon are not present.
I have been using mods so I suspect that this may have something to do with it.
I have also been trying to correct it by adding other xenon mods but those results are disappointing.
I have also been removing some of the mods that I thought might be creating the problem.
I wonder if there was a way to see which mods would create a problem?
That's assuming of course that it is the mods and not something else.
I want to post a list of the mods that I am using but I don't know how this image insert works.
Or another way to list them other than to list each one by hand.

Re: Xenon not working correctly
Mods usually leave traces in the saved game in which case any problem caused will persist even if the mod is disabled. You would need a "clean" game (new game or any vanilla saved game) and then enable one mod at a time to determine which is causing the problem.
A list of mod would certainly help. Load up a screenshot to any hosting site like imgur or dropbox. Then copy the link and post it in the format

Re: Xenon not working correctly
I'm not sure what any of those mods does nor if they are compatible. Main suspects are those mods which changes combat/defense behaviours: faction enhancer, no xenon, reaction forces, variety and rebalance, xenon hell, -backup, -ship NERF, Xepocalyse. I suggest you contact the authors of these mods to check for any compatibility issues. Also, as I wrote already, disabling mods may not remove their traces in your saved game, i.e, part or all of the mods may still be active.
The only "safe" way to determine the mod which causes the issue is to start a new game without the mods I've listed above. Backup that saved game and enable one of those mods at a time to check if the problem occurs.

Re: Xenon not working correctly
My guess is the faction enhancer mod by mysterial. You do have some mods like xenon hell and others that might be the cause or conflict. Mod load order does make a difference in this game as with Paradox titles if they alter similar files. Mods load alphabetically in X4. This is why if you use mods from the Russian? modders they append zzz or the like to their workshop mods so they load last. I'll link how to the post showing how to edit load order.
