[#3593][DUP][BUG]QUE module blueprint issue

Version and language: (7.10 release),(Traditional Chinese)
This archive has not been modified and does not use any third-party scripts or mods

Conditions known to cause problems:
Start a new game in custom mode and set the QUE starting reputation to 20+ and above.

Problems caused by this situation:
The game cannot properly obtain any module blueprint to which QUE belongs.

Additional information and thoughts I would like to provide:
I saw in the 7.50 changelog that Developers were addressing issues with the XL Housing blueprint, and I actually loaded the 7.50 public beta using the archive I was having issues with.

Currently I observe that my game has acquired XL Housing, but other mods still cannot acquire it, so I understand that Developers don't seem to have discovered this issue yet.

And I have previously checked on the Internet how to obtain drawings of the normal process, which require +10 and +20 for the promotion process.

But this doesn't apply to my save file because my starting reputation in the game is over 20+, I think it's illogical to cause this issue in a legal environment where the game is open?

Seems this persists in 7.50. Zero mods, budgeted game start, set QUE at +10, says +10 gives Intermediate Module License - I have nothing and faction rep only provides Livestream view, no blueprints. Perhaps it would be prudent to make the QUE rep behave like every other rep?

Edit: 1200 hours in X4 and I didn't immediately think to reduce rep by 1 point and provoke a new promotion. That "fixed" the issue, but that's not a good solution for +30 rep.

Yes, precisely because the reputation in my archive is 30.
So it was a very hard decision for me to lower my prestige and get back into it.
Besides, I don’t want to be labeled as moded just for convenience.
I also didn’t get the QUE paint reward.
This issue prevented me from building stations, which led me to decide not to continue playing until the issue was truly resolved.
