Unmodified save, budgeted start.
Why do I have to remain at war with the RHA when I was at war with the ZYA? The RHA overthrew the ZYA so shouldn't I no longer be at war with them? It just makes no sense to me logically as my war with the ZYA is done, why do I have to involuntarily be at war with the RHA even though they were originally the ZYA?

I would guess RHA is just with a new patriarch, which was under Zyarth prior to your....meadling....so the relationships pretty much carry over. You never had any dealings with that patriarch, so they reasonably assume you'll be hostile just like the past patriarch.

That would be my assumption if it wasn't for the fact that the new patriarch overthrew the other one. In real life it kinda works how it works in game, but unlike in the game you have the option to talk to the new ruler to ask for a truce or whatever to stop the war as the person you were fighting against has died/deposed/replaced ect.
