Yaki Questline Bugged - Destroyed Docks

Exact nature of the problem, where and when it occurs and what you were doing at the time.
The Yaki base looks complete from map view but I cannot dock any ship, or my space suit, to complete "The Fate of the Yaki" "Save Them From Themselves" mission. The mission directs me to the station but I dont see where to dock no matter what ship (or space suit) I'm in - the game says "Docking not possible" and I can't see all of the base though it looks fine in map view.

Sounds like the Yaki S/M dock has been damaged and is being repaired/rebuilt. Map view shows what modules in the build plan exist or are being worked on.

It could be due to combat damage (typically Terran Intervention Corps rather than Xenon), or it could be collision damage from a ship when you came near and made everything high attention enabling collision damage.

Find the dock in the map view and fly to it and see what is actually there (ie seemingly whole dock, damaged dock, no dock, ship wreckage on dock, etc). You might see the dock slowly reconstructing too (or not if it hasn't got the necessary resources in build storage).

As Alan Phipps said, the dock is indeed damaged, and is being rebuilt.

The dock will eventually be repaired, and you can continue.
You can speed up repairs by directly selling the wares they need to rebuild.
