Is there any chance that you can bring back the Goner’s?
You gave us the Boron’s back thankfully and introduced the Quettanauts. But it would be nice to see the Goners make a comeback and get a full house of the old factions whilst we wait for X5. Always enjoyed the idea of the pacifist flying round whilst the universe wages war on itself.

The purpose of the Goner's was to convince everyone that a mythical (and hence forbidden topic) Earth is real. Now that Argon goverment admits that Earth is real (although populated by misguided xenophobes), there is no need for Goner's to "preserve the truth" any more.

Point well made, been a while since I played X3.
I’m sure the Goners wouldn’t give up so easily though and would instead start to try and enlighten the misguided xenophobic masses on Earth.
The Alliance arm their ships don’t they? So smarter, but not really pacifists.

Note: Not the typical choice A or choice B plot, but instead a true full plot that you need to complete in the two fronts, putting the both governments, the Protectorate and the Federation into a delicate situation.

Introducing a replacement for the Goner would seem a good idea for a future DLC.
If the AofW is already that replacement, they could be fleshed out.
