Fresh Start: No Research Start?

Fresh Start: No Research Start?
Started a fresh game after Timelines but I don't have the ability to do any research. Anyone else having this problem?

First you need to get the PHQ with Boso Ta.
With the Boron DLC installed you just need to go to Heretic's End and Boso Ta will contact you.

I've got that part. I've completed all of the DLC stories... just a fresh Boron start with the HQ. The research dialogue nor the research panel is available from Boso Tau.

Ah, okay.
Well, maybe Timelines is the problem. People reported research isn't available if they had the Timelines dialogue first before the research dialogue. I thought this was fixed in the update.
Or maybe it's another issue. Better create a thread in the technical support forum and explain how to reproduce the issue and share your (unmodified) save file.
