[Bug 7.0] SCA Harasser attacking with terraform project

I'm currently doing the terraforming project for Scale Plate Green und SCA was friendly to me with +12 relation. I thought I could now take control over the sectors introduced in 7.0: Loomanckstrat'S Legacy, Mi Ton'S Refuge and Moo-Kye's Revenge. Since they are habitated by SCA Harasser ships, it wasn't possible earlier on. Those ships still attack me though and when I defend myself, my reputation with SCA is dropping, which is really unfortunate. I read the changelogs for 7.0 Beta 6 and it's describiung: "Fixed SCA Harasser jobs not being properly disabled after completing SCA-related terraforming project (problem introduced in 7.00)."
This seems like it's still not working properly.
