[Bug 7.00 & 7.10 beta] Random lines disappear in charts - Fix in a future build.

For some sectors (not all) in the encyclopedia, one of the lines in the economy line chart will disappear without deselecting it.

The lines which will disappear may change when the economy info updated.

For example, in the screenshot. The energy cells should be the highest one (because my solar power plant is selling a lot of energy cells), but it does not appear in the chart. Also, in the earlier time of the save game, the disappeared one was food rations, but now it changes to energy cells.

This one should reproduce the bug. I found the bug in Heretic's End entry, but it also happens in some other entries.
