Hatikvah Trade Questline - Reen Omara - where is she?

It's a tad weird.
Searched the Forums as well but to no solution to it.

I didn't accept the mission till I finally wiped most likely 99.9% of the Xenon from the map and finally returned to the HAT systems and picked the mission up.

Got the quest to contact her - however - the Guidance is not linking in to her position.
I found a new Free Port of HAT in Heretics End on the Eastern Side of the Sector but - even there she can't be found, so a tad lost as I need the questline appearantly to unlock the Accelerator to the Heart of Acrimony Boneyard.

As I got it - it might be that when the Xenon did their attacks on Hatikvah's Choice her location base might have been blown up but also she is to respawn at some point.
Appearantly it is not happening.

I mean if that quest is not being able to be completed due to the missing contact shouldn't it be avail at all for picking up.

Or is there an alternative to open the Boneyard I didn't located yet?

She's the faction representative, so wherever it is they rebuild the HAT HQ, that's where she'll be (Manager's office). The HQ if rebuild will be denoted by the crown icon next to it so have a look out for that.

IIRC, you should be able to ask any HAT ship the way to their faction rep (I could be wrong though).

yup, I did ask. but she wasnt there.

Was what I would have thought as well and the Freeport is showing in Heretics End with the representative there. However its not Miss Omara who i am to talk to.

No, she's not. She's the mission giver for the Hatikvah plotline, nothing more. So I don't know what happens if her current station is destroyed.

Oops, my bad then. But I do think she should have that yellow person icon next to the station then, same as other named quest NPCs. That should help finding her, assuming she didn't get killed permanently via station demolition.

Her normal location will be the main Hatikvah trading station. See if the elevator there has a "Reen's Office" destination. If she's not there, you may have stumbled upon a bug!

The OP believes that station has been destroyed by the Xenon (it does happen). If so, she may have reappeared in some other Hatikvah station, quite likely a newly built one. Or she may not have reappeared yet, hence the lack of a mission marker. Not sure how the devs planned for such an event.
