Stream Deck Hotkeys Suddenly Not Working

I've been using my Stream Deck as a 'button box' for the better part of a month now, without relative issue. I've been thoroughly loving my dive into X4, and enjoying the space flight n faction systems (Sure theres some jank n the UI needs a major overhaul but I love the game nonetheless!)

However I booted up X4 last night to play...and suddenly my hotkeys dont work.

If I press shift + 1 on my keyboard I get a ! in chat, or travel mode in-game. If I press the button on my Stream Deck (Which is literally just a button to immediately activate a Shift + 1 Hotkey in Windows) it does nothing. But if I press the button in a chat window or ! in this forum post (that ! just now was from the hotkey) it works....

So why is my Stream Deck suddenly not working for X4 after a month without issue? Neither game nor stream deck has had any updates, SD says its up to date, and the hotkeys still clearly work for the purposes of activating Shift + 1 in Windows so...what do?
