Hello! I'm having a problem with building a Ventrue dock, namely that I seem unable to do so, no matter what I do.
I followed all the steps in the guide (connecting my account to Steam, downloading the beta, enabling downloads, etc...) , and the option won't make itself available, despite the main menu showing clearly that I'm connected and that the Ventrue Extension is enabled. (basically I'm stuck on step 5 of the FAQ). I then returned to version 6.10, maybe the beta was discontinued and wasn't enabling ventrues, but nothing. I verified multiple times that I followed all the steps required and that I wasn't missing anything, but I found nothing.
At the end I concluded that maybe it was disabled at the end of the Multiverse Season, it sucked since I was really looking forward to use my Yasur (I bought the Community of Planets edition) and I was really annoyed, but I moved on.
But then version 6.20 realeased, and with Ventrue accessible even offline I thought that all my problems were solved. Nope, the option for building Ventrue Modules STILL remains greyed out.
What else can I do?
Ventrue modules build option remains unavaliable no matter what I do - Explained.

As per the sticky thread at the top of the Public Beta forum ventures are NOT available in 6.20, but you can obtain your Yasur and you don't need a Venture Dock to do so. Just log in and enable the Venture Extension, and then you'll be able to get it.

Ok, found It and claimed It, I didn't think to check on my Ventrue Inventory (I thought that as a ship, the Yasur required a dock to spawn).
A question however, is the inability to build any Ventrue module normal then?
When I read that Ventrue were disabled, I assumed that it simply meant that the modules became useless, not that you couldn't build them anymore.
What about players that actually build them then, do they self destruct? If not, why not allow other players to build them to prepare for the next seasons?
Anyway, thank you for your time.

It's normal that you can't build them. Existing ones won't self-destruct, but it would just confuse newer players if we allowed them to waste resources on building Venture Docks when there is no point in having one.

I see, I agree with the reasoning of having them turned off by default, but maybe you could add an option (maybe to Online Functionalities or something) to build them even outside seasons? Something like "Out of season Ventrue Modules build options", with a warning that the modules will be useless until the next season?
Though this is a suggestion, so I think it's off topic here. Thank you again for the help!
