Two questions:

Where can I find nav cmd sftware mk2 ? is it a script ?

and how do you use/apply those spoiler markers before I say something I souldn't let new players know ?

Navigation Command Software Mk2? As far as I know there isn't one, or at least not an official one. You aren't thinking of the Trading or Combat ones are you?

you don't need to do anything special to make the images appear, just click the button marked "Spoiler" above where you type your message, then type in what you wanna keep "secret", then click on "*Spoiler" (the button changes to show you've clicked it once)

Use the Spoiler button if you are using the default template, or failing that type:

I was looking at Marks_Patrol_and_wingman_commands V3.1 and it refers to the commands being available on FIGHT command mk2 NOT FLIGHT
