[3.0 HF1 SV] Missing Plus To Open Options For A Given Modification - Fix in a future build.

Can still open by clicking where the X should be. Then when you click the minus it successfully closes.

The plus is also missing under Player Information Modifications.

Tried different UI scales at the same resolution. The plus shows up at 1.0 and 1.1 UI scale. UI scale >= 1.2 the plus does not.
