New Game Starts

Two questions:
- There are two new game starts related to Split faction available in Public Beta, I guess they won't unlock them until the 31st?
- Split Vendetta supposed to bring a 'new unlockable game start'. How do you unlock it?

1.) Hopefully. Would love to be lost again.
2.) Will probably be a secret for a week as was the Unworthy Entrepreneur, likely available the first day in the spoiler forum. I'd imagine nothing too complicated like joining the equivalent of the Trade Guild with the Teladi and 15 or 20 rep I don't remember. Question would be with which House, or maybe both have one.
