Hello everyone !

This not a bug, more like a question. Is it possible to keep the english langage but text in another langage ?

I am not super fan of the french voice so far .

Yes. Add "-language 33 -voicelanguage 44" to your game launch command line parameters. You can also do things the other way around (French voices, English text), but you will probably have to select the voiced language as your game language in the Steam or GOG client as well as adding the command line parameters in order for it to work.

I'm afraid it partly work. As in the text is in french, but there is no more dialog sound (the rest - effect/music - works well).

Check that you typed and added the '-voicelanguage 44' bit correctly and with the right spaces in and around it etc.

I launch the game from steam, in case you were wondering.

I copied - pasted into the steam launch option command line to avoid any typo problem, and i tried some variation (adding a space after, etc... I even tried to actually wrap it with "" ). Didn't work.

I looked for an ini file to modify but nope.

So by curiosity i tried to switch everything to english by command line, to see if i was doing things all wrong or if it is something else :

-language 44 -voicelanguage 44

It turns the text into english, but still no voices.

I guess to save space you only got the audio of the language settled on steam options ?

Because it's looking for the French voices if you don't have the other parameter as well, and you don't have them.

I'll move this whole thread over to the Tech Support forum, since it doesn't relate to the Beta.
