Will a future update fill out the encyclopedia?

One of the nice things in TC/AP was that every item in the game had a full textual description, with most of them also having a voiced description.

Sadly most of the items in X4 just say "No information available". Will this ever be changed?

There are some new content in 3.0 beta encyclopedia, but I think none of it is about descriptions (e.g. ship/weapons descriptions).

One thing that X:Rebirth was superior to X:4 and even X:3 was it's ability to make every System and the Sectors in them unique in not just their design but their Lore and background.
Only 8 Systems in total and yet there was so much backstory and lore in these Systems than all of X4 and X:3 combined.

They took the limited content they had in X:Rebirth and added more substance where as X:4 and X:3 had more content but less substance in each sector.
I'd love for every Sector/System to have information you can read, or even it's own Timeline style video, like you have with X:Rebirth, when you entered a Jumpgate, you got a video about the place you're visiting and how it's people survived during the Jumpgate shutdown.
For what DeVries lacked in Factions and Stations? It more than made up for in lore and storyline.
I wish all Sectors in X4 had the same love poured into them.

Egosoft said that they wouldn't be addding new weapon etc details from 3.00 into the encyclopedia until they had been balanced and finalised.
