I'm not sure how long I can keep going this but NPCs not leaving the sector to regroup.

It also produces missiles and drones. It has a Split Managger as they are the true warlords in this game [RP]
If you add traders to it then it is recommended that you setup some defense destroyers. Add it to the factory to defend. Then in addition give the temporary manual command to defend it too... Otherwise they may start to escort your disposable traders....
Not much money I see that clearly but NPCs never leave. It has wrentch icon 3-5 all the time.
X to X3 is MENU SUPERIOR! I think Egosoft has already worked out our doom, because Xenon AI will reach the stars!

My HQ protector Cerberus was killed in Hatikwah by xenon defence platform.... Seriously player def plat refuses to shoot enemy or protect me if i nearby but its protector fights xenon station ssystems away...
Hatikwah patrol group leader sends assets to Tharka but refuses to follow xenon ships right before its nose.... and update about it done something on comm window.... I mean WHAAAT?

Wouldn't that make territory takeover too trivial? From a price of a carrier you can have a defense station at the gate with 10 times the weaponry. I also have a nasty feeling that defense drones add to OoS station strength, at least that's what I noticed. Meaning a bunch of cheap docks can have an offensive capability of a large station.
I see your point, but see no reason the ai can't mow through stations as well as I do out of sector. And in sector has meant more losses ime. At the rate they order war ships from my shipyards, and judging by the huge fleets they assemble frequently, they have plenty to spare.

I mean try sending 10 destroyers in a group against a Xenon wharf. It chews through them like Cartman does with poptards and my best guess is the number of drones on the thing as XEN defense stations can't even scratch a group of 5-6 destroyers. At that point it doesn't matter how much they buy as their fleets never exceed 10 capital ships. This is a bit too easy for players to exploit.

I think the best way is to deal with the situation if you cut Xenon supply line in person. It can take ages i know but let the NPCs deal with the situation. Teladi is the best. Their weak force shoot WPS on Xenon factories one-by-one from a distance.
The worst problem is that HOP is everywhere so they eat up the fleets bought from Player Shipyards. I see HOP destroyer groups flee off from center then return. I don't have Paranid Sentinel blueprints. We need a way to edit available blueprints we bought. Or sit back, relax and let the profitsssssssss flow by supporting every possible side.
Also Cannon Fodder is required too to deal with Xenon stations

I don't know. You can accomplish the same thing with laser towers. Seems a defense station should be better.
Xenon S will escape no matter what. Hatikwah - Tharka jumpgate is the nightmare. Trying to use Guidance to see where they go. A nightmare indeed.

That's basically how I see it. As I mentioned in another post: I cannot see the issue with station turret behaviour when we use lasertowers or a fleet of ships to do the same job anyway, only difference is that a single station is not as messy, prone to issues or take as much micromanagement as a swarm of lasertowers or ships. Stations is still static and can be avoided but, the additional firepower and slightly cheaper cost (depending on how you build) makes up for it.

Defending against the Xenon there is trivial out of sector. Use 10 or 15 Nemesis with Ion Blaster Mk2 to near instantly explode Ks and Is that enter the sector.

NPCs doing it for you. Always there. Permanent Argon defence platform too. NPCs have no reason to regroup outside of it. It may take days ingame. Teladi is the weakest among them and they managge alone. Only Tharka - Athya is difficult.

Are you asking that new stations owned by ARG be placed in that sector?
The reason ARG does not care about it is because it does not border ARG space. It is technically HAT's problem, but HAT is pretty much a placeholder faction at the moment. If HAT lose control of the sector ARG will actively take over the HAT sector and then proceed to attack and defend against XEN using the general faction logic like HOP and TEL do.
