Improved AI script????!!!! Please!!!!!

Is there an improved AI script because i feel the X2 AI is very poor?

Battles just arnt much fun because the AI controled ships just fly into each other like lemmings!!! The overall feel of the game is miles better then Freelancer but the AI script in that game made for some realy great battles.

On another note - does any one else think the Split Python looks like a battlecruser from Haegamonia - Legions of Iron??? just a thought!

There is an AI script, just search this board, there should be a major post on it in the first 3 pages.
