[MOD] StopRollingStones - Calm down the 'roids

+ Eliminates spinning of Asteroids and Debris
+ Reduced numbers of larger asteroids
+ Small asteroids almost extinct
+ Gas clouds (just the visual effect) thinned
+ Resource regeneration happens sooner to compensate

This mod should be save safe; remove it and the vanilla crowded galaxy
and resource balances will take effect again.

Oh, no. I just told him about the file. This is all h2odragon, and everyone should be running it.

How does this affect the economy aka. mining related production?

The economy affects should be to the good; autominer's resource regeneration happens sooner so there's more resources. Player mining is going to be harder, but again the regen rates are faster now, especially for the biggest bonanza rocks.
