Howdy, I'm not sure if this is the best place for it (and I have not seen any similar posts unless i overlooked them), but is there any ETA on a release date for the 2.5 update?

If you don't see a release date somewhere obvious then that's because we haven't set one, and we're not going to give an ETA for an ETA!
It will be released when it's ready. Right now, we know that there will be at least one more beta before that happens.

There was no sarcasm, and the OP got the answer they were looking for. There was no need for you to wade in and try and stir up trouble. Since the question was answered, and the posts since have added nothing (sorry Crux_72 but I can't see a report and hence can't paste in your statement) this thread can head south.
