Error 211 - can't launch from Steam - Resolved by graphics driver update

Error # 211 upon starting in Steam.
Ive verified the files ok. I get the error below and it tells me to come here....

The error indicates a problem with your Vulkan setup. Why that would be any different between 2.0 and previous versions I'm not sure, but sometimes there are other system changes that happen to coincide with a game update which are actually the cause. In your case, your graphics drivers are a year or so old; it might be worth updating those.

Also there was a recent major Steam Client update so it may be worth minimising any overlays or other Steam facilities that you do not normally use that may have been activated by the update.

I thought the drivers were up to date, turns out you are correct. Updated the nvidia drivers and now its fine. Sorry for the derp.
