Boarding pods

Post by fcth »

This is my first time using them, but shouldn't the marines ride in the pods rather than on top of them?

After several minutes of circling (and clipping through the ship), they did manage to claim it (abandoned). I'm impressed with how well they tolerate the vacuum!

lol just released game with funny bugs happening is amusing. Now if only most of the bugs were amusing and not game breaking or annoying would it be tolerable.

I'm doing pretty well on that front. I don't think I've had any crashes since 1.20, and only a few buggy missions. Honestly my biggest complaints at the moment are that it's really annoying that accepting a mission kills guidance to the current mission, and that it's way to easy to accidentally leave the station build plan screen and lose your progress.

Actually quite clever, take the most hard headed... place in front and use as ram and friction lowering substance when the pod breaches. I have a feeling that my marines will want additional hazard pay now thoo when signing em up

I found that claim pods seem to have this and it also creates clipping problems where they can't attach to the ship, while regular boarding pods seem to work fine.
