1.21 BUG Teladi police licence - dev input in here

I regularly get into trouble in Teladi space for no reason, and I have looked for the Teladi police licence.
There does not seem to be one. However, looking at the relationship list, a Company licence is found within the Ministry ranks.
Could that be at the wrong place ?

Adding to this ticket; Pretty sure the bug is with representatives and the reputation.

No Police licence on the Teladi Company licence list (Factions and Relations) and unavailable (greyed out) at representative.

Update: Argon Reputation 20 worked fine, with the exception of a cosmetic (Said I could now buy the police licence but meant the trade subscription) it all worked. Just the Teladi representative not giving a 2nd rank increase mission, his blueprint list shrinking and the prices of licences changing at reputation 20.

- Just an after thought, is the Teladi Representative meant to be moving from station to station, as I do not know any better, any chance the Teladi Company and Ministry of Finance empires are getting jumbled up?

Bug with all licences. Confirmed with 2 saves.

My Teladi reputation went up to 21 and found the representative but the Teladi Police licence is greyed out now and the Trade subscription licence went from 10 Million to buy to 100K to buy but still greyed out, the blueprints section is now a fraction of the size it was with <20 modules. Will update to this if the Argon trade subscription and Police licence does the same.

Argon and Paranid Police licences are currently available, reputation 18 and 11. Trade subscriptions at 10 Million and unavailable and the blueprints sections are what I expect.

I have bought several police licences, all of them were available when I reached +10 rep with the policing faction after I did the ceremony. Either the Teladi one is different or it is bugged. I expected to be able to buy it from the Ministry of Finance representative when I reached +10 with them and did the ceremony, but it is still grayed out and claims that I don't have enough reputation. Currently at +12 with Ministry of Finance and +18 with Teladi company. I haven't recently checked with the Teladi Company representative, but last I checked I don't think (s)he had a police licence to sell.

Addition: For the other police licenses I got, after the ceremony I got a message saying "You can now buy police licence", but that did not happen for the Teladi one

TLDR: Teladi police licence obtainable from Ministry of Finance, currently requires +20 reputation.

For the Teladi Company the law enforcement is actually handled by the Ministry of Finance. So it is correct that the Teladi Company does not offer a police licence but Ministry does. The fact that the name of the licence is "Company Police Licence" instead of the correct "Ministry Police Licence" is an oversight that could not be corrected in time due to localisation deadlines.

Additionally there's been a mixup with the requirements for that faction - at +10 you get the Ally ceremony and at +20 you get the Friend ceremony - but of course it should have been the other way around (+10 = Friend, +20 = Ally). We're looking into fixing this soon, but need to be careful with patching.
The police licence requires you to have gone through the friend ceremony which means you need to have reached +20 reputation with Ministry to purchase it.

I think it is my universe that is either bugged or I managed to successfully make the Teladi Company so aggressive they killed off and took over the Ministry of FInance, am unsure. WIll request feedback from others. Hoping the former as the TC have taken over all the neutral area's too.

add: I cannot find anyway to increase my standing with the MoF as all sales and missions boost the Teladi Company reputation.
They have 1 EQ dock, will tinker some more.

I was clearly getting the two representatives mixed up earlier.

At least the information is in the game if you look deep enough. In the faction information for the Teladi faction it states that the policing is done by Ministry of Finance

This is my current question. I have the Teladi license to get the better ships, but their stations are are out of engine parts. The one station that has engine parts is MIN and requires rep which you can't seem to get.

Missions from MIN stations will definitely increase MIN reputation.
The only problem is the low number of those stations.

Please on next patch fix the MIN friend/ally bug in reputation on existing saves(maybe is we talk personally to the MIN representative it trigger a recheck of reputation), right now i think you fixed for any new game but for someone who already started the game pre 1.5 its not fixed and its really hard to get 20+ rep with MIN as they have small number of Stations with a lot of Teladi stations around it so if you fly by to get new missions the chances that it will be TEL and not MIN is big because 1 MIN is circled by like 4 or 5 TEL stations or something.

Or if any kind souls who know how to mod the save file im all ears as i dont know how to change REP by modding the save file.
