1.21 BUG Capturend pirate fighters attack player ships

It happens to be the case with captured ships, from time to time few of them revert, it seems, to their behavior before being captured and try to kill me, that is not nice.
It doesnt matter what order they are assigned to or if they are just docked somewhere, they will fly through whole map to find and attack me.

I did wonder why when I enter a sector with one of my 3 captured Kestrels they start to follow and then attack me .... I thought i'd given them an order in map or something but this. This makes much more sense The AI things it's a pirate and they attack my ship

I captured two Kestrels in a short space of time. The second of those would regularly break off from its assigned activities and fly great distances to attack me. The first always stayed on mission though. When examining the attacking ship, it's lost all its given orders and just had one to attack my current ship.

When I was getting these attacks, it occurred three times, both Kestrels were assigned to protect another ship of mine. If I leave them parked, they never attack me. Nor do they attack me when given multiple place satellite orders.

I've not had this occur since before update 1.2 I think and I thought it'd gone away. Sadly, I have no saves from when this was happening, so I have no evidence. If it occurs again however I will attempt to snag a save, though I of course know nothing of the issue until I'm actually attacked.

I can confirm this bug was here in the 1.0, i had the same behavior from a Kestrel i captured from pirates, i used him for exploration but time to time he was coming to attack me,the 4 or 5th time he did that i sell the ship... :/
