1.10 BUG Ship to escort stopped moving

I have an escort mission but the ship to escort is not moving. it stopped moving after it was attacked. I destroyed the 2 attacking ships.

here is the debug log for the issue the op mentioned

if it helps the devs, i was playing the explorer start and was on the PHQ escort mission

I have the same issue. I destroyed one ship and the escort destroyed the other.

I luckily saved right before the escort but i have repeated the mission maybe 21 times with same result. Ships stops moving even though i have taken care of its persuers.

Seems like the only way to pass this hurdle is to fail. If the escort is shot to pieces then all is well.

I left the ship hanging and went back to the unknown station. here the mission updated

The escort mission in the station mission set has broken for me the freighter wont move after the ships came and attacked. its just sitting still for over an hr. not sure why it stopped in the first place. i ran around the system making sure i had killed all the Reds cant seam to find anymore

I have the same issue, freighter just sits next to the "Path to profit" gate and wont move. Re-tried this 3 times now(god awfull long mission).

Hello, had same issue, you can just shoot down the escort ship and no one will give a crap (only local military ships tho if the happen to be close)
Boron will then invite you to station
you will get -5 reputation for some unknown faction tho.
