NPC stuck on my ship door ladder

So I started doing missions, dropped a person off at their ship that left them behind, a Ms Loma, or something....

Imagine my surprise when a few stations later, I leave ship and see her standing at my ships ladder.. hey I dropped you off lady...

Turns out she is stuck there... been following me around, and external view reveals she is STUCK to the outside of my hull, where the ladder meets the ground.

PS - It seems I cannot pick up (talk to) anyone for the other similar "my ship left me" missions now, which kind of sucks.

IVe got this one too! It's amazing.

I thought I got mine from 'firing' pilots while out in space - but I think ur right, they are transport mission guys.



I wanna see how many i can stack up, like A Barrel of Space Monkies.

Have this bug too. The npc able to survive in vacuum of space lol.

Had to sell off my fighter and buy a new 1

I had this problem and it annoyed me because the pilot was stuck there that I wanted to be on another ship.

What I did was:
talk to the person stuck at the ship
added them to the ship they were stuck at as the pilot.
moved to where I was no where near the ship (engeneering, science dept..etc)
then with info section moved them to a new ship

This worked.

Update, seems to have worked for one, still have one that I've had the hardest time getting rid of. Sold the ship, she went with it.

I know this isn't a fatal type of bug, but it's kind of annoying. I had it happen with Quasar ship, none of the others.

Yep, I've had this since day 1, CBJ was in my post, so Egosoft is at least aware that it's happening.

I have a couple of them stuck as well. Fairly sure it is related to passenger missions and undocking before they have fully left the ship. Now when I drop people off I get up and make sure they actually get out and haven't had any more unwanted guests

got it after " I missed my ship" quest.

NPC stuck on the ladder, not a game breacking bug.

I have this too, but I wish they'd stop talking to me when I'm standing behind my pilot working with my map. It's creepy, like the ghosts of passengers past.

How about adding more ship defense with that "Meatshield" ...

I did a bunch of taxi missions now min. 5+ NPC (hard to count) get stuck on the ladder of my Quasar.

If you abort the mission do they disappear or are they forever hanging on for dear life?

Same issue.
Can't talk to them though. I've collected 3 so far, pretty funny when doing an EVA and there's a bunch guys hanging on your ship.

I have this problem too, not game breaking, but maybe immersion breaking (and plain annoying)

I got this one to. Since it was just on a small fighter i moved all the crew to another ship and sold the ship. Problem solved.
