[BUG-1.10 Eng] - Loss of keyboard input

Twice now, I have been flying around space when suddenly the standard windows mouse cursor becomes visible and all keyboard inputs stop working (irritatingly including autosave). Curiously, I can still change ship velocity and fire weapons with the mouse. So far I have not noticed a common cause.
