1.10 BUG NPCs can't reach pilot seat of Buzzard Vanguard

I currently fly a Buzzard Vanguard, when I trie to hire crew as captain, they won't move towards the ship.
When I hire crew as servicemen or marine, the will board the ship (as will passengers). If I then try to promote one servicemen/marine to pilot, they will accept that, spawn in the teleporter room and just stand there.
When ever the NPC pilot should take over the ship, he just stands in the teleport room, making this ship unable to be controlled by AI (and also unable to finish the "Hire Captain" mission for this ship).

Thanks for the report which confirms some earlier ones. The devs are aware of this issue and will work to resolve it in future builds.
