1.10 Teladi Guild Missions

Several of the Teladi guild missions are broken/seem broken.

A batch of "Repair our station radio leaks" spawns the leaks at full health and the mission fails if I try to repair the broken part on the station

"Dumping" prospecting mission batches have issues: Only the first mission of the batch is checking for completion, so even if I find a spot that would get later missions I still have to go back. One batch asked me to find water in a sector that seemingly only had Ore and Silicon. Another asked for 0.19 Methane - I did find 0.19(0.19) spot but it still was insufficient (rounding shenanigans?)
