[FIXED]Cannot buy antimatter (experiment quest line)

Sorry if this has been asked, did a search on the forum but nothing relevant came up.

The first mission you aqquire at the starting station called "experiment", the first time i did this mission chain i was told to go buy 3 antimatter cells from a antimatter factory located around 700km away from the highway gate in grand exchange 1, everything went smoothly but then i died and didnt have any saves so i had to do it again.

The 2nd time however i was told to go to a antimatter factory only 250-300km away and when i try to trade with them i get nothing but a blank page instead of a list of items to buy/sell. (yes i tried trading both with the new ship i bought and the original one).

Heres pictures of the location i was sent to the first time around (that ended up working) alltho during the 2nd time there was only a solar powerplant there now.

EDIT: Welp, looks like it's all antimatter cell factories. I can't find them anywhere - I've checked 3 stations now. All have blank trade lists.

You may have run into a UI bug.
Try save and then reload anytime something like this happens.

you can also trade using the map by opening up the expandable interface on the top right, then selecting the ware you want.
This will cause boxes to pop up in space over factories that have that ware for sale or purchase; left clicking your ship then right clicking these is an alternate way to tell them to trade when piloted by an npc.

I tried saving and reloading, I tried restarting the game. I tried trading on the map and clicking the trade with station option, nothing happens.

my game is crashing on this mission, every time i go near the antimatter cell factory.
further info- the game seems to freeze when you arrive at the above station and the game play starts i.e the mission provider audio starts up.

I am also having this issue. Please send help, i'd love to continue following this questline as it's very amusing.

According to another topic on these forums and reddit the problem seems to lie in mining ships causing trading to not work properly.

I will start a new game later and confirm if buying a scout instead of a miner will fix the issue.

Right so buying a scout instead of a miner seem to have fixed the issue, buying the antimatter was no problem this time.
