Altering Amout of wares at Stations

Im trying to alter how much a a ware and be at a station.

war 700903 had a max of 36

anyone one know what i have to edit to get that to say 1000 to 2000

or is there no way to alter it?

Ive tried alterig things in the Twaret file but nothing changes not even the price.

do you have to run a special command lne to activate mods in the mod directory?

I think I remember reading through the script commands, think I saw something dealing with modifying maximum amounts. Not too sure though.
