Ahh maybe it does, though the location of the defender and the... gemini freighter hasnt changed since I last played

Is the main plot disabled on this mod ? I didn't think it was, but I meet all the requirements yet its not being offered

you must complete terran plot first, then you can start argon and other plots

[MOD]Battlestar Galactica X3ap problem

Just reinstalled the X3AP Battlestar Galactica mod latest version. Problem is I do not see the custom colonial HUD, but the normal one (I remember back in the first versions I could see it). Any thoughts?

Hi all,

sorry for my maybe stupid question, but I am trying to play the mod with german version of x3 ap. I've readed at page 49, that I must rename the mod t files from L044 to L049. But, in the mods t folder I see a 0010-L044 and a 0010-L049 file (german t files are 0049).

With english version, the mod is running perfect. With german version (tryed to rename) there are missing text files.

Thank you very much, if someone could help me, playing this great mod with my german version :)

carriers/launching fighters

hey people, i have X3 terren conflict on steam version3.2c.

like alot of people i have mods on mine, one mod i love the the battlestar galatica mod, i have the galatica and a few vipers, but im having trouble with the fighters launching out of the ship which is kinda putting me off carriers .they will only launch if i tell them to follow me, if i order them to attack all enemies they just sit in the hanger, only 2 or 3 launch, now ive tried different fighters on different carriers and they all seem to have the same issue,

does anyone else have the issue with the carriers? or the attack all enemies command?

@ noob64: The OP of this mod thread says that CODEA is compatible with this mod. You could maybe check that out here.

@ Alan Phipps, thanks tried that didnt work how ever, i have tried it without mods and still have the same problem, and as for the galatica mods, i didnt get them from here. i got them from http://forum.egosoft.com/viewtopic.php?t=274276

my question was just put in this forum

Maybe that is a possible answer then. This BSG full mod doesn't seem to have severe carrier issues.

Hi Enterprise,

you will get some while you do the x3 missions and the bsg ones, others you will be able to buy in the shipyard later on in the game!

Everything should be working correctly, insure your at the right level ect to be able to do that mission!

Quick update from the BSG team.

You may have noticed the website is down. Max who managed the website has some important private aspects of his life to go through at the moment and so for the time being support will be managed from the egosoft website. Our website is down for the time being.

In terms of the Terra Incognita mod, from the scripting side of things, work has stopped as that was max's job. I am continuing work on the models and the galaxy map but naturally with a small group of people its going to take time until we are able to release anything substantial.

We could probably release an alpha now, but it would not give you the experience we want you to have and so for the time being i will post updates here when i have the time.

Not quite sure what you mean. If you are asking if there are any youtube videos on this mod then yes there are, not sure of the top of my head just search for x3ap battlestar galactica. Im sure you will find something.

We are in need of help to complete this huge undertaking of a mod where working on here. If you are at all interested in Battlestar Galactica and have some time on your hands and experience (or willingness to learn) in the following areas please to let us know:

- Model texturing
Tasks: creating textures and texturing existing models

- Galaxy editing
Tasks: Creating the 12 colonies in the x universe. The map has already been created to represent them, now they need to be brought to life.

- MD code
Tasks: mission creation

Is there an issue with t-files in 3.1.10?
I tried pretty much everything, including fresh isntall, changing files inside the .cat files, somehow i still have readtext17-500XX for all shipnames, tried to figure out which t-file you use for naming, it's the 0010-44/0010-49, correct?
If so why doesn't it work on a 49 language-id x3 ap :/

EDIT: I fixxed it, t-file 7575 was still language-id 44 for me ... didn't work for me to edit it inside catfile, i had to extract it to addon/t to work...

Is this mod still alive? Any news about Terra Incognita?

Also, are there any Terran Conflict missions working with this mod or are we limited to AP missions?
