Is it possible someone from Egosoft could clarify if and when they'll be at Gamescom, and what exactly they might be doing? No super-secret-content disclosures or anything, but "we'll be doing a presentation at 14:30 on Friday", or "we will be cooking pancakes on-demand at an open booth, over here, at these times" would be great.

Will it be bring-your-own-syrup?

We're not there in an official capacity, that would have been listed by now.

However some of us were there yesterday. I managed to score a copy of Farming Simulator 2011 (add-on only) DRM'ed with Games for Windows Live...yay!

Used to be 1 month / update or so... Now down to 2 months and seemingly nothing, or did i see wrong?

I really WANT to like this game but how long are we gonna have to wait...

Just returned back from Rebirth... spent last 6 gameplay hours by flying around Albion and smalltalking people. Finally got trading agents on every station of Albion, and I feel great. But crazy at the same time, because of those dialogues.

Surely the Pancake Patch has got to be coming to public beta this week... He says with no information except faith in his trusty frying pan and mixing bowl.

Try the mod called "TAF! - Trade agents forever".
You are now able to ask people to be a trade agent, with comm link, without smart talk.
It's the only mod i'm using and it changes my life. :wink:

I have this small feeling now that there will be a pancake easteregg eventually.
My suggestions:
- Just a random pancake nailed to a wall
- a picture of a pancake and with blood written all over it "THE PANCAKE IS A LIE!!!"
- Maybe reimplement those UFOs back from previous X-titles but as flying pancakes.
- Or a smalltalk minigame about pancakes.
- Maybe Yisha mentions pancakes at some point "At this station you can get the best pancakes of Albion"
- Last one: A pancake gun 2.0 - drowns your enemies with 500k times more deliciousness than ever before. Get your spaceship litterly cramed full of pancakes!!! You need no co-pilot if you can fill the extra space with pancakes!!! Pancakes which are filled with pancakes, that is 200% more pancake per pancake!!! (Warning: Enemies might enjoy getting shot)

I knew of that mod, but I wanted to do it myself :)
Thanks anyway. Will be doing DeVries soon, and then Omycron Lyrae.
Maelstorm is going to be a park walk I guess :D as there's just one station.

No that date is not true. I had personal conversion with Bernd and he said that The 3.0 patch will be released at Monday 30th Feb 2015.
Because Bernd never lie then that date is final and definitive one.

So we must wait few months till that next big thing will be released.
