I don't see a lot of blame flying around, just a bit of speculation about what is expected to be a fairly major patch - all harmless symptoms of looking forward to something imo. Carry on I say. Although ego could stop the blind speculation by publishing an updated roadmap and my speculation is that they'll do this. ;-)

If they are going to be in Gamescom, I know Deep Silver got a stand, but not sure about Ego, at least they could release the demo video for Gamescom, as an appetizer.

this game will only get to were we the player base wants it with x rebirth 2.

they will patch up the game till summer of 2015 then hopefully release x rebirth 2 by November 2015.

x rebirth 2 should hopefully add tons of ships,more races, more weapon types per ship, also give us some costomizability. and make the big changes we would like to see to the economy.

pretty much by the time x rebirth 3 comes out we will have a game that is x3 but lot better.


think of xrebirth as x1.

Well, CBJ seems to be on vacation... and since he's the one posting patch notes, I suppose nothing will happen until he is back. Right?
