[1.24] Fuel Stations running out of Fuel

I played 1.24 for about 8 hours now and fuel stations all over albion have run out of fuel.
My captains reply to refuel orders with "that's not possible".
NPC ships are starting to pile up next to the refuel stations.
They have enough resources but don't sell anything.

It has been reported many times now, and yes it is a royal pain because it affects so many areas of the game, pretty sure they are working on it.
