[1.24] optimization of Taranis

I have there times an idea how one could make the Taranis better.
the whole thing is very easy to implement.
at the moment it is directed laterally and slightly below the other main firepower. the ship has no attack power forwards and backwards even not at all. not to mention the very top.
My suggestion is as follows.
2 Plasma / TR beam guns in the front. namely to where now the hail storm are guns or behind it. depending on how the implementation is possible. However, behind it would be better for a clear fire line.
the other two Plamsa / beam to the wing jump drive behind the bottom of the.
to the spot where the plasma / beam were then can each have 4 plasma / MB towers are attached
just think about it after. and yes, I know that it is not a bugreport, but here I reach the mom more people ..

ich hab da mal eine idee, wie man die Taranis besser machen koennte.
das ganze ist sehr einfach umzusetzen.
im moment ist es so, das die hauptfeuerkraft seitlich und etwas unterseitig gerichtet ist. das schiff hat keine angriffskraft nach vorne und nach hinten schon garnicht. von oben ganz zu schweigen.
mein vorschlag sieht folgendermassen aus.
2 Plasma/Strahl TR geschuetze in die front. und zwar dort hin, wo jetzt die Hagelsturm geschuetze sind oder dahinter. jenachdem wie sich das umsetzen laesst. dahinter waere allerdings fuer eine klare feuerlinie besser.
die anderen beiden Plamsa / Strahl an den fluegel hinter dem sprungantrieb an die unterseite.
an die stelle wo die Plasma / Strahl waren koennen dann jeweils noch 4 Plasma/ MB türme angebracht werden
denkt mal darueber nach. und ja, ich weiss das es kein bugreport ist, aber hier erreiche ich im mom mehr leute..

Many of hr ships have deficiencies in their weapons layouts. Egosoft team, you guys make excellent looking ships. But your placement of hard points for a ships defense and offense...kind of sucks.

On that note, all of the ships could have their hard-points spread out a little. Their clustering makes some sense from a design standpoint, but a warship can not afford to have a single weapon hit take out the weapons for an entire area. The weapons need to be spread out and sight lines considered.

In space this is even more important because of the 3D nature of combat. Really many of the ships look like they were designed to be in an ocean then in space. Why have more weapons on the top and not enough underneath. Why have them all clustered down the center line and not spread out towards the edges to get better coverage to all angles. After all if the ships did not have such bad coverage, they would not be so easy to kill solo.

your statement is a bit too general. all combat ships I've ever looked at genmau, have a very good defensive alignment. the only ones you are my koenntest the Rahanas. but these are dumb barge and no battle ships and they can also use the regular drones, what their defenz very extended.
So, tell me some games which you specifically mean ship now?

deine aussage ist leider etwas zu allgemein. alle kampfschiffe die ich bisher genmau angeschaut habe, haben eine sehr gute defensive ausrichtung. die einzigen die du meinen koenntest sind die Rahanas. aber das sind lastkaehne und keine kampfschiffe und sie konnen in der regel auch drohnen benutzen, was ihre defenz schon sehr erweitert.
also, sag doch mal welches schiff du nun speziell meinst?!..
