Creating new station

I've extracted all that I require, looked through some files, but now I'm stuck. How exactly do I create a new station and specify it's input and output, let alone it's other information. If any could let me know, please do. Incase you'd like to know, the station I'm creating is basically the only one that's missing. You know the entertainment chips that somebody always wants you to deliver on the BBS? Well this station is going to make the entertainment chips and autonomously get people to deliver them. In other words, you supply energy and probably meatsteaks, and it just generates revenue. Simply put, every cycle it makes flat money, minus what you pay for the delivery of the chips.
