Paul do you know if you have ever changed these too scripts:

Cmd.Wing.Action and Lib.Cmd.LeadShipWingMonitor

Paul only Lib.Gen.RunScriptWhenFinished comes from Litcubes missile boat supply scripts.

Cmd.Wing.Action and Lib.Cmd.LeadShipWingMonitor dont come from them but I believe they come from his Expensive Vanilla Scripts thread http://forum.egosoft.com/viewtopic.php? ... sc&start=0

The creation dates for the scripts in your mod correspond to Vanilla Rewrite v0.30b which was posted on the 18 June 2011 on page 15 and he released an updated version Vanilla Rewrite v0.37b on the 19 July 2012 on page 26.

Thanks

No I don't get the menu I believe I am using vanilla one not sure I just open either exe. No I have multiple copy's of both. If I use the package will it get rid of the current or do I have to delete or should I plain out reinstall?

Dont worry about the package for now - you have already installed correctly.

Make sure you run the AP exe - running the TC exe will just give you vanilla TC.

I didn't see it in the OPand Google didn't turn up anything (rgosoft search is useless), is there a table of station stats for XRM? I.e, production rates, resources used etc. I assume vanilla stats won't be the same.

Its a strange one as there's nothing obviously wrong. Are you getting the popup message in-game? Are you certain there isnt a 2nd copy of x3 on your pc?

Ah - that'll be the problem. The TC and AP exe files will always launch the version of X3 from your main, registered steam installation, regardless of where the actual exe is located.

A simple solution is drop the no-steam AP exe into your modded install of X3 amd run that instead.

About the XRM installer:

cat/dat files of certain mods need to be in a specific order:

http://forum.egosoft.com/viewtopic.php? ... &start=420

But it's impossible to script something that takes into account all the different mods and their specific order.

The XRMInstaller searches for the last cat file in the AP directory, and renames the XRM files accordingly. So if the last .cat file is 04.cat, the XRM files will be named 05.cat/dat and 06.cat/dat.

If you have mods that need a certain order, please rename the XRM cats/dats after installation manually. (you only need to to this, if you have mods that need a certain order).

If you do this, please also edit the files XRMPART1 and XRMPART2 in the XRMInstaller folder (it's in the base X3 directory if you have TC, and in the addon directory if AP).

Open those file with notepad, you should just see a number. If the XRM files are 05 cat/dat and 06 cat/dat, XRMPART1 will contain 05 and XRMPART2 06. If you renamed the XRM files, change the numbers in the XRMPART1 and XRMPART2 files accordingly.

Its available here. You need to register your copy of X3 with Egosoft, then youll get access to the downloads section.

Small bug report for you paul :)

Tempestine sun energy = 0%

Is this intended?

Thank you and Mizuchi so much for this mod. I remember using SRM and CMOD a couple years ago and I'm ecstatic you've merged them. It's beautiful.

I was just wondering if there is a way to just get the ships in XRM without the rest of the mod. don't get me wrong i love this mod how ever i don't think my system can run it hell it can barely run tc without mods

I believe (Mizuchi created this sector) it was an unavoidable consequence of the sun model in that sector - its actually a planet rather than a standard sun as far as the game is concerned.

They can all be obtained from their original mods, like the Xtra mod for example. The full list of included mods is on the first page of this thread. The only ships that are not available are the XRM exclusive ships (pirate repaints, khaak repaints, PAR ships, etc.)
