MSVCR100.dll is missing

MSVCR100.dll is missing.How do i fix it i download window c++ for 64 Bit and install it same keep pot restart pc and took game off and put back on still the same dx 9 and 10 and 11 still pop up

try to install all things from this folders:

.\Steam\SteamApps\common\X Rebirth\_CommonRedist\vcredist\2010
.\Steam\SteamApps\common\X Rebirth\_CommonRedist\DirectX\Jun2010

You can get the visual C++ redistributable from Microsoft download, looking at the folder structure it will be the 2010 version you are after
