Nobody complained yet I guess, but is there any hope that the font gets resized? People play on 1080 and higher resolutions have to read ant-sized text. There should be either an option or just implement a larger text instead of having my eyes strained trying to read it.
I really doubt this is such a huge task, even I would do it, if I'd know where to begin.

Re: Resizing the Font?
Agreed. I have a really hard time reading the distance of a selected target. Text is way to small and not as clean as X3 is. This needs to be fixed.Pannonian wrote:Nobody complained yet I guess, but is there any hope that the font gets resized? People play on 1080 and higher resolutions have to read ant-sized text. I totally agree, I'm an older person and have a heck of a time seeing the text. I also think it silly that they went with orange color for enemy icons ( or red maybe but not dark) when we are going to spend hours and hours in an orange system. Anyone but me have to look twice to see where the enemy went when we're in De Vres? The icons are nearly invisible, at least to me.
Make them bigger, make them darker and make sure when someone hits us in combat we get a proper flashing icon, showing where they went.I get heck all the time around stations because I'm 'illegal scanning' because my targeting reticule passed over some ships in line. If targeting is that touchy, why is it we lose targeting half the time when we're fighting? I had fighters under my guns and when I turned to finish them off, couldn't even get a target lo9ck now, it comes and goes, something else to fix.

I absolutely agree. It has been mentioned before but there are much bigger issues. That text is so small that it literally requires you to have perfect vision or have your face less than 12 inches away from the screen to read it.
The worst is the range markers on the target reticles.... the font is so tiny its hard not to laugh out loud.
