[1.18 Hotfix 1][minor] Tradeship "scratching" Cell Fab Matrix 1, Distant Fume

For Positioning to buy wares the Tradeship 'scratches' the station (antenna vs antenna), Station: Cell Fab Matrix 1, Distant Fume.
This doesn't actually stop him, but it seems he moves slower on the scratching side.

Pretty common bigship/station pathing issues in previous builds too. Moving to Tech Sp for now.
