I am sure you don't want to hear this, but there is quite a big difference between "sometimes the center console bugs out" and "it gets poor FPS on my system", and "blatant scam".

X3 was rife with performance problems on many systems for a really long time after its release too, fwiw. It's unfortunate, but as a paying customer for egosoft games, I for one would prefer they take risks and push the envelope on performance and game features. Which they have done here, and honestly is in my view the reasons for the problems they are having right now.

I share the frustration, but I don't mind the bumpy ride on release, as long as egosoft sticks it out and keeps working it till it is fixed, which they have always done, and are doing now.

let me define to you the meaning of SCAM:

Someone sells to you a thing that either doesnt exist, or doesnt work, on purpose and knowingly.

X Rebirth does NOT WORK. THEY KNEW IT. THEY STILL SOLD IT .
THEY DENY REFUND. ERGO = SCAM. PERIOD.

Specially because by the time this product may be in acceptable state..you
can pick up this poo for a fraction of the price it was released on...from the frickin bargain bin of hell.

Fanboy denial does not change the truth...and just because the guy doesnt mention the humungeos load of other issues with this game doesnt mean they dont exist. I can tolerate bugs but this is no simple bug problem its an outright BUGZILLATHON of CRAP and outright MISSING features.
