[REQ] Hull & Shield multiplier

Hi modders,

Im sure you guys have tried the hull multiplier for XRM. Wonder if its possible for X Rebirth too but for both Shields and Hulls? Excluding the Albion Skunk.

I find most fighters lacking in Shields and Hulls. This is much worse for Capitals as their module shields are only 50k MJ to 100k MJ, thats much lesser than the Albion Skunk's shields. Also their weapon module hull strength is super weak in addition to their total Hull stength.

The Skunks's weapon, shields, engines, etc scale with the game progression but the Capitals and Fighters use weak ship components/modules throughout due to no customization and lack of equipment upgrade/types. Its ridiculous...

i actually modified the players weapons and shields to be 50% weaker yesterday but have not released it as a mod. I didnt want to release it as i want to find a nice way to modify the ui so i can put in difficulty modes, but currently cannot find the UI scripts to do so (didnt look that much, might be something i get around to in a few days).
