Rahanas not building

Hello,

I started to build a Rahanas (Liquid) using the Ship Dealer, but it doesn't want to build. When I talk to the NPC it always says: Currently building: 0%)

It doesn't seem to advance for some reason. Any way to fix this?

Building needs credits and resources. You may have to wait for stocks to arrive.

Oh interesting! Is there any way to see which resources are needed to build the ship?

I'm not sure I haven't tried it yet but when you are at the buying/upgrading/repairing window with a ship dealer, she will list you the necessary wares.

But why don't you just go to the last albion sector before the gate to Devries. You can farm Rahanas (energy) there and no one really cares. Seriously it's way to easy. Ego needs to patch in response fleets or something.

OT/ OMG Has Egosoft put hair in 1.14? It's beautiful!!! The first guy I saw on a station looked a bit like this.

got same bug, two ship dealers in devries/darned hot air showing only available ships (one of them with status "currently building: 0%". almost two days past, no status change.
