Lower right info screen permananetly covered with static [Q&A GTS-3]

Ever since heading through the Albion gate yesterday i have been experiencing an issue where my cockpit info screen is covered in a layer of static making it somewhat difficult to read.

While I am not entirely sure, I believe that this problem started after encountering the freighter in distress where the static was overlayed, to show that he was scrambling his signal, and was then never cleared.

When reloading a save the static doesn't seem to render for a few seconds.

Has anyone figured out how to fix this issue? Leaving and returning to the ship makes no difference neither does restarting the game or reloading a save.

Got the same issue, not sure where it did come from as I was not paying attention to it.

Ive seen a few screenshots of people and im concerned my cockpit isnt right, the right monitor facing front seems to be broken or something wrong with it and i dont understand why. Here is a screen: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/f ... =196208524 any help plz.
