No, a script loop to get size (and assorted other stats) of the TC 1.4 ships.

Very nice. I looked at your dl page but did not see that particular script; maybe you didn't make it? Anyways, is it possible to add stations to get there size too?

Not finished with this list yet, will update in a few days with the rest of these ships finished hopefully. You can just copy pate into a Spreadsheet using ; as column break for easy reading, I may edit this for easy forum reading once finished.

I use X3TC version 3.1.1 and
X-Tended version 2.2 only, so thee ships are based on how they are with those installed. If you install other mods that could change these.

The length width and height are pulled from the Models .bod file, so they should be completely accurate.

The top, side, and front areas are based on the top side and front views in gmax. First I printed screen then opened in Gimp and removed all but the ship from a direction and got a pixel count, then modified that based on the length in image compared to the actual ship size. It is possible if a Long antenna or such was missing from the image for these to be innaccurate (I tried to always get longest antenna so this should be rare if any)

Volume is calculated based on areas from each side so will be imperfect but should be fairly close.

It should be noted that all image were relatively small though so areas and volume are likely +/- 5 or 10%

Correct Ship and station sizes can be found in Saetan's Object size database.

While that looks like a very nice tool it does not give areas of cross sections, or volumes for things and I can get more exact length, width and height easily directly from the model files so I decided to continue with my work. Thank you for the link though I hadn't seen that before.
