sorry bout the tittle but i think my game is broken i started as an argon and have completed the argon plot and hq hub and the shady buisness plots im half way thru corprate troubles when about an hour ago i received and incoming message to start the terran mission loose ends can any one tell me what is going on and is my game broken or did i hit a bug in the game im seriously confused so any one that knows please help

In your X3AP Documents you will find a changelog. This includes:

2.5 - July 2012

New Features and Improvements:

- Added Terran plot: Operation Loose Ends

Now if you started as an Argon then you should not be seeing that plot at all. Have you been messing with your game at all or have you installed any 3rd party mods or scripts?

I thought you only got the mission as a terran not as a Aragon

Yes i have a mods installed but non that deal with this kind of thing i only have mars and abetter shielding and the x3 ap bonus package

Have you verified your gamefile caches? It should not affect those additional mod files - I hope!

I am in a dilemma here. Your mods should not upset the Plot conditions in any way so you might have a genuine vanilla bug.

However, I am loath to perhaps waste the X3 Devs valuable time on investigating it because you are the only person to have reported this issue (so far) and you do have a modded game with little prospect of being able to replicate the issue in a vanilla game.

I may have to put you on hold until or unless the issue is confirmed elsewhere I am afraid. If you just ignore the Terran plot start (or even try to play it) then I don't know for sure how it may affect your on-going gameplay.
