Games crashes while jumping into lost order - Workaround found.

Hi all while doin mission Shady buisness i jump into sector lost order with the new ship Acinonyx,and as soon as i do the game crashes,has anyone else got this problem?any help would be great.Thanks.

Hi, have a good read through this so that we can best help you in Tech Sp. Note the FAQ linked there on providing crash reports.

One thing we do always advise for users with particular systems getting problems with UFJD sectors (which can be an immediate redirect in that plot) is to try running the game exe in XP SP3 compatibility mode.

Hi alan,what i did was to jump into the sector beside lost order and then jump into lost order using the gate,didnt freeze when i did it that way

Good to hear. There is still something a bit awry to have had the issue in the first place, so I would keep an eye out for further things going amiss in-game and report them here. Hope it doesn't come to that though.
