I see it now. Its in the unpacked mods directory folder, but somehow the mod manager didnt pack it when I last remade the cat/dat from scratch... No idea why the concept of "add all the files in this directory" seems to never work correctly with that thing. I put it in the 0.6 files.

0.6 should be good for any game that has not started ANH (I moved its sector down a bit). Ideally Id like to take sector names that are already voiced, possibly with a bit of cut and paste in the voice audio file to put a name together, if anyone is upto that?

So the plan is to have a set of five new alternative ANH sectors to accompany, rather than replace, the original TC ones that were added into AP?

Also, is it currently still using the originals/will the plot work as it should?

Yes.

Plot should work, using the origenal names. If I later change the names/descriptions in the text and voice files this should not cause a problem.

Just for fun I loaded my test game into a vanilla AP.

No Terran stations in any Terren sector I visited.

Make sure you are playing the Modded version,not the Vanilla one

Modded version will not have the new AP starts listed,just the original start positions from TC.

On my system,it meant making a copy of the TC/AP folder from Steamapps\Common ,so that you have a backup.
Then install in the original game folder.."x3Terranconflict".

Trying to run from another location put me in AP vanilla each time.

Thanks for update.

Previous save will not show the sector any different from what it was.

Nope, StarCrack was right, looks like something else has gone wrong. Possibly another packaging issue. x3_universe.xml has an empty Jupiter and Asteroid Belt. Oddly, though, the other war sectors look fine.

I just tested with Argon Patriot , Terran Defender ,and also my current game.

I can confirm that these sectors are devoid of stations.
I believe some reward ships will probably not be forthcoming as a result. :(
Terran Plot requires docking at Orbital Patrol Base in Asteroid Belt. :( :(

As far as i can tell the OFF missions won't work as the kha'ak sectors aren't there. However you can correct me if i am wrong as i have not yet had time to install the mod and test this theory

Khaak sectors were there the last time I ran a put sats in every sector script. The terran origenal sectors exluding earth have the AP station layout, when I tested the Terran Plot it spawned a station when it needed one. I'll put the station back on the map, but existing games should be fine since as I said, the mission spawned one when needed. Will try and complete the plot in a few hours to make sure everything else is fine.

AP has the same station layout in these sectors as TC, it's just they're added via the x3_universe_war.xml (which you've created as a blank file), rather than the usual X3_universe.xml.

You may be right, i noted it down as t7 entries, but there is some other bits there.

Added to 0.6.1 and will be loaded correctly with existing games.

Not sure what you have done,but I seem to have multiple stations in various sectors.

Like a fresh start with Argon Patriot gave me two shipyards etc in Omicron Lyrea. :? :? :?

version 0.6.1 ,no extra mods.

Load an 0.6.0 save or start a new game. Might still be some overlap, will need to fully compare the files, will fix for 0.7.

It's a bit late for me now,so I'll test tomorrow night.

Maybe next version might be ready.

Up early and test with new start.

Seems heretics end is still a problem.
Extra Argon / Terran stations there in Argon Patriot start.
(Extra ODS activated with mission)

Also two ODS as well when Terran Defender used.

I uh, hate to poke around, but I've started the Hub Plot (0.6.0) and it's not redirecting my gate travel or whatever from the Xenon Sector to the Hub. Is there a way to check on this?

To clarify, it's putting me into Xenon Core 023 instead of the Hub sector.

Did you use one of the cheat scripts to get to that point? There's a known issue where using some of them (specifically the satellites in all sectors one) will cause this exact problem.

Am aware of this problem.
Trying to get my Boron rep up,without cheats, to test.
will give feedback.

have done Terran plot through to patrol mission after scan pirate base.
Stuck there as there is a pirate base with laser towers there also.
And the guidance system wants me to deal with them.
Never had that in my last run through in vanilla.

On the subject of Pirate Bases...
I have just been able to dock,trade and accept a mission from a pirate base in Atreus Clouds,while red to me. :?

Hub plot activates and I get the Boron

got a little impatient and upped my boron rep.

Usual problem of Hub sector not where we want it to be.
But using Cycrow's...you can Reveal all Sectors and use Warp to Sector.
However,once there you can't connect the first pair of gates after the required delivery.
At least you won't get buzzed by the Xenon,unless they use jump drives. :D

Going back to try normal rep increase. :(

As I detailed previously, I did cheat to test this when first mentioned (cheated in a ship, sats in all sectors, and boron rep). Lacking a save file I cannot confirm, but I'm fairly sure the issue is basically user error, with people either not going to the actual plot start but straight to the Xenon sectors (you need to do the first bit and talk to the boron), or jumping straight into Xenon space, rather than flying in from Split space (since you will end up jumping straight into the "target sector", which you should never reach) or straight to the hub (which I think misses some mission events as well). I certainly see no reason why the plot would "activate" but fail at this point.

Can somone with "problems" please produce a save file, and actually confirmed they got the fly to Xenon 023 objective and that they went from the Split sectors to 023 via the gates and did not use the jumpdrive to 023?

Patrol missions require to kill all hostiles (possibly of a certain race, e.g. Xenon). Pirate bases respawn in random places, so I guess you could get unlucky there since IIRC laser towers/owp's/etc "count"...

The X friend/foe has always been somwhat per object and asymmetrical. It is perfectly possible that in the ship you are flying pirates are set to Foe, but the pirate bases relation back to you is not foe.
